About the Host

Originally from the United Kingdom Shifan is a World dance teacher & choreographer for the LA Dance Academy in West Hollywood. ​Now she lives with her family in The Woodlands, teaches dance, and performs around the country.

Shifan is a counselor in Anxiety & depression whilst also guiding meditation for therapy. She has combined her knowledge in dance and psychology to teach dance therapy and meditation in rehabilitation Clinics in Europe.
