Mandala Nature Walk

Journey into the forest for a mindful walk and create a beautiful mandala using nature's own materials.

A mandala is a piece of art composed of geometric patterns and symbols. In Sanskrit, mandala translates to mean circle or center.

Cherie will guide us to find our own center as we gather materials in preparation to create our mandala.

This will be a very relaxing, calming and meditative experience. And the best part? We get to practice letting go of our worldly attachments by returning our beautiful art work back to the forest at the end.

Recommend: closed toed shoes and sun protection if it's sunny. Water etc too.
