Welcome to The Trybe Women’s Social Club brand new community blog! We're thrilled to have you here. I'm Dr. Angela Caveney, the Founder of The Trybe. With over 20 years of experience as a Clinical Psychologist and Neuropsychologist, I understand the profound importance of human connection, personal growth and a sense of purpose have on our well-being. I'm passionate about inspiring women to live their best lives now and showing them that we’re just getting started!
There's so much left to look forward to, even as we navigate the inevitable midlife milestones such as menopause, adjusting to an empty nest, exploring new career paths, retirement (or the hubby’s retirement, am I right, ladies?), moving and finding new friends and dealing with increased care giving responsibilities.
The Trybe Community offers an array of resources, both in-person and virtual. We provide classes, workshops, and growth experiences that will help you embrace this beautiful stage of life with grace and enthusiasm. With the addition of this new blog, our goal is to even better equip our members with the necessary tools and insights to discover their passions and purpose in this new, exciting and challenging chapter of life.
Since every woman's midlife experience is unique, this blog aims to cater to the diverse needs and interests of our members by inviting all community members to share their wisdom, insights and perspectives by contributing articles to the blog. Topics will include relationships, physical and mental health, business, style, food, spirituality and many others. The simple, unifying theme of this blog is that all articles will be written with a focus on women in midlife and beyond.
Within The Trybe community, we firmly believe that it's never too late to rediscover and/or reinvent yourself. So, let's embark on this journey together and uncover the incredible potential that lies within each of us.
We're excited to kick off this amazing adventure with you. We’re all in this together. Are you ready? Let’s get going!
